Umrah can be undertaken at any time of the year except during the Hajj season (8thβ13th Dhul Hijjah). It is highly recommended in Ramadan for maximum spiritual reward.
Hajj is performed annually from the 8th to 13th of Dhul Hijjah, the last month of the Islamic calendar. The exact Gregorian dates vary each year as the Islamic calendar is lunar.
